1. Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge provided the cancellation is made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time.
2. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before check-in will incur a charge of 50% of the room rate.
3. Cancellations made after the check-in time, or in the event of a no-show, will incur a charge of the full room rate.
