1. Any Form of misconduct such as fighting, cult activities is highly prohibited. If found, attracts the fine of ₦500,000.00 and legal action will be taken against the person(s) involved.
2. No smoking, No use of hard drugs or incrementing objects in and around the hotel premises. If found, attracts ₦500,000.00
3. All movement outside the premises ends by 12:00AM and Music must be shutdown by 2:00AM for the sake of other guests around.
4. Any movement after 12:00AM, requires special security which will attracts ₦150,000.00
5. Any form of Payment Made within the service time are Non-refundable
6. The number of guests allowed to sleep in a 3 Bedroom flat apartment are 6, 2 Bedroom flat apartment are 4, Single room apartment are 2. Nobody is allowed to sleep on the couch, if found attracts ₦50,000.00
7. Any external activities in the environment such as ‘Money Changers, DJ, Personal Security, incoming food & Drinks’ must be approved by the management
8. Guest are liable for any missing or damaged items in and around the event environment.
9. An Initial Non-refundable deposit of ₦300,000.00 must be deposited for the free usage of our empty space at the poolside for food and drinks, if exhausted, guests would be notified for necessary reimbursement
10. Non-refundable payment of ₦1,000,000.00 must be made for any meeting that will lead to the closing down of our business at the poolside and a Non-refundable ₦700,000.00 must be made for any meeting that will lead to the closing down of our business at the VIP Bar.
11. Extra chairs and tables requested for at the event: Per Chair - ₦500.00, Per Table - ₦1,000.00
12. Vehicle parked outside the premises are at owners risk.
13. During any event or activities, things must be done in sequence so as to maintain peace and tranquility in order to be able to accommodate other guests which is our culture.
