1. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and throughout the premises. Any violation will attract a penalty of ₦200,000.
2. The use of hard drugs is strictly prohibited within and around the premises. Offenders will be liable to a penalty of ₦500,000.
3. Possession of illegal or incriminating items is not permitted on the premises. Violators will attract a penalty of ₦1,000,000.
4. A maximum of two adults per room is allowed.
5. All forms of cult-related activities are strictly prohibited. Any violation will attract a penalty of ₦1,000,000.
6. Fighting or any form of violence is strictly prohibited within the premises.
7. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property and will be required to cover the cost of repair or replacement.
8. For rooms occupied by more than one guest, the consent of the other occupant(s) must be obtained before the other guest can checkout.
9. Guests are advised to declare and register valuable items at the reception for proper documentation.
